Functional Consultant

Zone & Co is a leading SaaS company that helps finance teams work smarter, faster, and more securely. The Functional Consultant will be essential in gathering and analyzing client business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user stories.

Requirements

• NetSuite Procure to Pay or experience with a comparable Accounts Payable platform is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably in areas such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and document complex requirements.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak clearly in English
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
