Product Manager, Solution 7

Zone & Co is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Solution 7, our award-winning financial reporting and planning product. The role requires a deep understanding of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), the "Excel-first" mindset of finance professionals, and the technical nuances of ERP data structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, market and customer insight, roadmap and prioritization, product development leadership, go-to-market strategy, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or Financial Services
• Deep Domain Expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cycles, Excel-based modeling, budgeting workflows, and financial reporting best practices
• ERP Acumen with strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes
• Technical Fluency with ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking with proven ability to analyze complex market data
• Exceptional Communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Execution Focus with strong track record of successfully bringing complex software products from conception to launch
• Agile Proficiency with experience working in agile development environments
