Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Product Analyst, QA to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our Billing product initiatives. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for executing manual in-depth testing across the order-to-cash process, focusing specifically on new feature development, identifying and reproducing edge cases, and performing deep regression to validate stability within the NetSuite ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Progressive experience in a QA, UAT, or Product Analyst role
- NetSuite Proficiency (High Priority)
- Billing Tools Experience
- Deep Domain Expertise
- ERP Acumen
- Analytical Thinking
- Exceptional Communication
- Detail & Execution Focus
- Agile Proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
