The IAM Security Analyst will perform identity and access management, assist in information security functions, and interact with other business units to ensure the company's security posture and processes are continuously improving.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical field
- Experience in enterprise Identity and Access Management
- Experience in process documentation and improvement
- Working knowledge of fundamental security principles such as RBAC and PoLP
- Knowledge and experience with identity and cloud security technologies
- Working technical knowledge of endpoint security systems
- Strong understanding of IP, TCP/IP, and other network administration protocols
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 FnO and CE applications
- Experience scripting using: PowerShell, Azure Cloud shell
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to conduct research into IT security issues and products as required
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Keen attention to detail
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
