Job Description
Zones is seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Mac Support Specialist to join their team in Boston, MA. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, system administration, and technical support for macOS-based devices, ensuring a secure and efficient Apple ecosystem. This is a term-based contract (potentially extendable) for 1-year duration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support with a focus on macOS environments.
- Expert knowledge of macOS Ventura and Sonoma, Apple MAC Book hardware, and native tools.
- Proficiency with MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle) and scripting (Bash, Python, AppleScript).
- Familiarity with identity management (Okta, Azure AD), endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
