As a CSP Trainer in the Pakistan Sales Enablement team, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation by equipping Sales Leaders with the skills, tools, and insights needed to effectively lead their Account Executives (AEs) toward CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) success. You’ll own the development and execution of comprehensive training plans aligned with organizational goals and CSP-related WIGs (Wildly Important Goals). This role is instrumental in accelerating CSP ramp-up, enhancing performance, and ensuring sales leaders are empowered to coach their teams to CSP excellence.
