Project Accountant

The Project Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate project setup and compliance by reviewing client contract documentation and inputting data into the project accounting system in accordance with contract terms and corporate guidelines. This role manages invoicing processes, including creating, revising, posting, and archiving invoice packets, and supports subconsultant invoice payments.

Requirements

• Experience working with project managers to track deadlines and milestones
• Understanding of fixed price contracts and time & materials billing
• Ability to manage change orders
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, SUMIF's, and Index Match
• Proficiency within Upland/Tenrox
