Join Zoomo as a Service Advisor for a part-time role based in Manchester. As the face of our hub, you'll manage the desk, chat with couriers, and perform quick-fix repairs. No master-mechanic certificate required - we'll train you on the rest.

Requirements

• Customer Service & Workshop Operations
• Technical Expertise & Workshop Support
• Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks effectively
• Valid driving licence and clean driving record
