Requirements
- Drive the DevOps mindset within the company
- Provide support to development teams for system-related tasks, including monitoring and CI/CD processes
- Coach teams on DevOps tools, methodologies, and procedures
- Adapt tutoring to different team maturity levels
- Foster collaboration among teams and identify common ground
- Support the operations of critical services
- Promote and implement best practices
- Maintain a communicative level of English
- On call support experience (monthly rotation & paid)
