Job Description
The Senior Systems Engineer will lead the cross-functional team to deliver integrated features, working closely with Product, Safety, Operations, and Legal teams. The role involves designing complex systems, creating technical documentation, and leading feature-level triage.
Requirements
- 8 years of engineering work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
- Demonstrated ability to design complex systems with multiple software and multiple hardware systems
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strong technical documentation (context diagrams, requirement decomposition, presentations)
- Experience with systems simulation
- Strong understanding of hardware and software development processes
- Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills
