Supply & Demand Planning Manager

As a Supply and Demand Planning Manager, you will drive material readiness for new products, manage aggregated materials forecast and supply commitments, and ensure hardware needs are well understood across all programs and business areas.

Requirements

• Daily supply management
• Addressing constraints
• Providing executive status reporting and escalation
• Pursuing operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Managing aggregated materials forecast and supply commitments for hardware programs from development through mass production
• Building demand planning models based on market data and 'what if' scenarios
• Partnering with Manufacturing Operations to plan factory capacity based on demand, mitigate risks, and prioritize requirements during supply constraints
• Forecasting demand versus supply and defining key factory metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, fulfillment rate)
• Managing clear-to-build (CTB), material readiness, and risk visibility across NPI, including risk releases, E&O, and mitigation plans
