Director of Performance Marketing

Zopa is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to drive profitable new-to-bank growth while maintaining a focus on value, incrementality, and learning. The role will involve setting performance marketing strategy, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Data, and Lifetime Value teams, and leading high-performing in-house talent.
