Platform Engineer (Developer Experience)

We're Zopa, a fintech company that's redefining banking. We're looking for a Platform Engineer (Developer Experience) to join our team in London. As a senior engineer, you'll architect the future of how we build software, designing tools and automation providers to make our internal platform more efficient and user-friendly. You'll spend 50-80% of your time writing high-quality code and the rest of your day as a strategic consultant and leader, mentoring junior engineers and driving project success.

Requirements

• Programming knowledge in Go or a similar language
• Platform visionary with experience in self-service platforms
• CI/CD specialist with production-level experience in GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Infrastructure native with experience in Kubernetes and AWS
• Proactive communicator with experience presenting to stakeholders
• The 'product' mindset with experience measuring success based on quantitate and qualitative metrics
