Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Zoro's mission by enabling data-driven decisions throughout the company. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver actionable insights. The Analyst collaborates with senior BI Team members and stakeholders across Category Management, Technology, Revenue, Digital Experience, Customer Fulfillment, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Business
• Strong proficiency in SQL and principles of data visualization
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Looker preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and curiosity about data
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners
