Zotec Partners is seeking an Urgent Care Coding Quality and Education Specialist to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of urgent care coding experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong knowledge of coding guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5 years of urgent care coding experience
• At least 1 year in a senior or lead auditing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with medical coding software and audit reporting tools
• Strong knowledge of coding guidelines, regulatory compliance, and clinical documentation requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across departments
