The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing social media and community platforms for a global brand, with a proven track record of developing and executing major programs, including Influencer Marketing and Executive Social Media Programs.

Requirements

• Define and lead Zscaler's global social media strategy
• Develop, manage, and scale global executive social media, influencer, and brand advocacy programs
• Direct the content strategy across all social channels
• Define social KPIs, leading the monitoring and optimization of content
• Manage the global social editorial calendar and integrated campaigns
