Job Description
Zscaler is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Cloud Reliability and Cloud Operations to join their Product Management department. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, reporting to Director, Product Management. The role involves driving reliability and scalability and Cloud Operations initiatives for the ZIA and ZPA cloud platforms, and requires 12+ years of industry experience in Cloud Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Technical Product Management.
Requirements
- Implement the ZIA/ZPA RAS roadmap
- Lead pre- and post-sales customer engagements regarding cloud resilience
- Monitor ongoing cloud incidents and escalations
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for field teams
- Collaborate with cloud architects and software engineers
