Zscaler is seeking a Regional Sales Director to join their Sales and Go-to-Market team. The role is based in Ohio and requires 2+ years of full-cycle sales leadership experience within the software or security industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and strategy, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing world-class sales talent, building development plans for each sales rep, and coaching and motivating sales team to overachieve on targets. The role will also involve understanding and solving customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition, acting as the executive sponsor for key partners, and creating a plan for success and accurately forecasting business monthly/quarterly/yearly.
