Senior Benefits Operations Specialist

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Benefits Operations Specialist to join its team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and administration of Zscaler's EMEA and global benefit programs, ensuring high-touch administration of complex leave cases and the seamless delivery of benefits concierge service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of dedicated experience in HR Benefits administration, with a heavy emphasis on operational delivery and leave management
• Deep knowledge of employment/labor laws and statutory benefit offerings across multiple EMEA countries such as the UK, Germany, and France
• Technical proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred), payroll systems, and benefit vendor portals
• Advanced Excel skills for data auditing, payroll reporting, and invoice reconciliation
