Requirements
- Hire and develop a high-performing sales engineering team
- Refine sales engineering processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
- Coach sales engineers to success with developing comprehensive solution proposals and delivering succinct, impactful product demonstrations
- Provide expert advice for requests for proposals (RFPs) and present recommendations to clients
- Create influence through technical whiteboarding and impactful presentations to customers and their leadership teams
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure solutions are implemented according to the customer’s expectations
