Senior Solutions Platform Architect

Zscaler is a pioneer in zero trust security, and we're looking for a Senior Solutions Platform Architect to join our Product Management team. As a hybrid role, you'll create, maintain, and optimize demo and lab environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and automate setup, configuration, and testing.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain environments by building, customizing, and supporting demo/lab environments that accurately reflect products and solutions
• Automate with tools and scripts to streamline setup, configuration, and testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide technical solutions and support
• Optimize performance, scalability, and overall efficiency of environments while staying current on relevant technologies
• Document installation and troubleshooting processes and occasionally support partners and customers with technical queries
