Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to influence technical direction and drive excellence. The role involves designing and deploying scalable AI/ML systems, researching new frameworks, implementing MLOps practices, and mentoring junior engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions and contributing to Zscaler's innovative cloud security platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an MLE
- Proven experience building Gen AI/ML systems
- Strong CS foundation (data structures, algorithms, system design)
- Experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
