Job Description
Zscaler is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to join their Engineering Operations team. The role is responsible for establishing a clear intake and commitment process, leading execution and delivery reviews, and driving release readiness criteria. The TPM will partner directly with the Engineering Lead and be responsible for a hybrid role based in the San Jose, CA office 3 days a week.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering or Technical Program Management, with at least 2 years specifically in a TPM role
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related domain
- Proven bias for action with the ability to take smart risks and demonstrate incremental progress
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong technical proficiency in JIRA, including JIRA dashboards, JIRA Structure, and advanced tracking methodologies
