The Manufacturing Scheduling Analyst is responsible for managing a segment of the manufacturing operation schedule, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reports to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant manufacturing operations management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access/Database); and experience using enterprise systems such as SAP, SFC, WMS, Lean methodologies, or similar platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to take ownership, share information transparently, and communicate effectively and appropriately across all audience levels.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, vital for collaborating effectively across different departments.
- Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritize and schedule tasks efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills such as the ability to question, accurately identify a need, and present an effective solution.
