Job Description
The PCBA Sourcing Engineer will identify and manage suppliers for PCB fabrication and assembly, lead cost analysis and negotiation, and drive cost reduction through design-to-cost and volume leverage strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier engineering within the server industry.
- Deep understanding of PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes, high-layer-count PCBs, and server-grade component sourcing.
