Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for greeting customers, selling company products, assisting with projects, and providing support to outside sales representatives. This role involves communication, team work, and maintaining a customer-focused environment. The position reports to the Store Manager and is vital to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of lumberyard experience or 2-4 year degree in business or construction
- Mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, measurements of square foot and cubic foot)
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, climb and reach
- Good oral and written communication skills
