Pharmacy Technician

The Pharmacy Technician supports the pharmacist in preparing, processing, filling, and dispensing prescriptions, while also providing excellent customer service to patients.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and assessment skills
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cohesively with a team
• Ability to operate different equipment such as computers, scan guns and cash registers
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medication, and dosage measurement
• Basic mathematical functions in all units of measurement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective computer skills
• Supply inventory management skills
