We are looking for a committed, discreet, and organized person who supports our management in their daily business and professionally relieves them. This position involves organization and coordination of daily business, appointment management, correspondence, meeting planning, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in the secretariat or assistance area, preferably at management or executive level
- Safe handling of M365, in particular MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High organizational ability, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Friendly, sovereign and professional appearance
- Structured, independent and reliable work style
- Team ability, flexibility and hands-on mentality
- Very good German skills in writing and speaking
- English skills are an asset
