Job Description
We are looking for an engaged colleague for our customer service department on a full-time basis as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer inquiries, communicating with internal specialist departments and forwarding partners, and maintaining statistics for tracking and quality management.
Requirements
- Degree in commercial activity for forwarding and logistics service or a comparable commercial qualification
- Excellent communication skills by mail, phone, and in personal conversations
- Customer-oriented and able to process complaints professionally
- Team player with good knowledge of IT support programs and MS Office applications
- Good German and English language skills
- Organizational talent and a good sense of processes
