Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide direct mental health services to adults in the community, at their home, or at the office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for walking alongside individuals as they navigate life's challenges and have experience working with severe emotional disturbances in adults.

Requirements

• Maintain a caseload of clients.
• Help develop and work with the treatment plan team as often as needed.
• Facilitate services to clients individually and in a group setting.
• Coach, teach, educate, and model independent living skills to clients.
• Coordinate and make further referrals for clients as needed.
• Seek treatment consultation from Clinical Supervisor.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and notes for each client in a timely manner.
