Job Description
Zuora is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to join their India team in Bangalore. This role focuses on translating customer requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with solution architects, and effectively translating business needs into working solutions. The Lead TC will leverage their technical expertise, communication skills, and understanding of Zuora products and best practices to deliver customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of technical experience
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting roles within a professional services organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business preferred
- Strong communication skills, both business and technical
- Ability to understand requirements clearly and implement them to have smooth customer experience
