Job Description
The Senior Demand Planner/ Analyst will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the demand planning process, creating a demand planning process, and generating accurate statistical demand forecasts. They will also support the continuous monthly planning and S&OP process, and provide detailed input to sales and marketing management for use in the demand consensus review and executive sales and operations planning meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with emphasis in Supply Chain, Operations, statistics or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in forecasting within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in forecast modeling techniques, preferably in Forecast Pro, software or another commercial forecasting software tool
- Experience in overall understanding of manufacturing environments and S&OP Process
- Experience with ERP or planning systems D365, CEK
- Basic SQL or Python skills for data analysis
- Exposure to statistical forecasting methods
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, particularly in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
