Job Description
ZURU is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to assist with managing litigation, regulatory, and contractual risks, and providing legal support across a broad range of issues affecting the company globally. The successful candidate will join a high-performing culture that encourages excellence and have opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognised university and a current practising certificate
- Minimum 2 yearsâ experience as an attorney
- Experience negotiating and drafting merchandise and brand licensing agreements
- Strong contract review and drafting experience
- Intellectual property prosecution, strategy, review, and implementation
- Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues
- Ability to assess and evaluate a broad range of legal issues and risks and provide commercially focussed practical legal advice
