Job Description
Join ZURU's award-winning Design Team as a Senior Designer and drive creative impact within the Toys portfolio. Develop and execute brand-aligned visuals for digital and retail formats, lead asset production, and collaborate with in-house teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Requirements
- 5β8+ years' experience in a similar senior design role
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong skills in layout, typography, colour theory, animation, and attention to detail
- Creative problem-solver with a fast, flexible workflow
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects to tight timelines
- Collaborative and self-directed, with excellent communication skills
