Associate Attorney

Zwicker & Associates P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Tampa, FL. The role involves drafting and filing legal pleadings, reviewing litigation case files, and advocating on behalf of clients. The company offers a full-time, full-benefit position with a competitive salary range of $85,000-$100,000 per year.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and outside parties
• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.
• Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action
• Advocate on behalf of the client’s interests at various litigation settings
• Utilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory
• Analyze and process litigation inventory reports and litigation files
• Comply with all client and firm standard operating procedures
• Ability to travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required
