Legal Assistant

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking a Litigation Assistant to provide legal administrative onsite support for our office in Englewood, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal documents, analyzing and processing data, and providing administrative support.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient computer skills, including experience in Microsoft Office suite, specifically strong Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Professionalism and a winning attitude
• Ability to communicate in a common language with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
• Ability to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
• Ability to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
• Ability to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
