Art Director

Zynga is seeking an Art Director to lead the artistic direction of Merge Dragons! and spearhead the studio's artistic vision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading art teams, expertise in Unity pipelines, and a strategic mindset.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in art teams for games
• Strong working knowledge of Unity pipelines
• Cross-discipline collaboration with Engineering and Design
• Mastery of color theory, lighting, and composition
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in UI/UX direction for shipped titles
• Portfolios that demonstrate high-level UI visual quality and deep UX thinking
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the London office and the remaining days at home
