Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in data science, machine learning or analytics roles
- 1+ years of experience in people management
- Demonstrated experience with predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, and data visualization
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI to uncover actionable insights
- Strong experience in SQL and Python
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative fields
