Territory Sales Representative-Aesthetic Lasers, Seattle, WA

Territory Sales Representative position responsible for cold calling, lead qualification, and handoff to sales consultants in the aesthetic lasers industry. Focus on prospecting, engagement, and lead qualification.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required or equivalent professional experience in inside or outside sales.
• 2–3 years of experience in outside sales in a quota driven environment (medical device or capital equipment or other medical product preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly and build rapport.
• Experience selling a tangible product (not services) required.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms preferred.
• Passion for the aesthetics industry and eagerness to learn advanced technology and consultative selling methods.
