People and Culture Business Partner

People & Culture Business Partner to provide strategic support to Pharma Technical Operations Global Functions, aligning P&C strategy with business goals and objectives, and driving implementation of P&C strategies to deliver key business results.

Requirements

• 12+ years of HR business partner experience in biotech/pharma commercial or high tech background
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred) and/or equivalent work experience
• Advanced degree (preferred)
• Strong leadership skills, with or without direct reports
• Enterprise mindset and system thinking, proven ability to work effectively across multiple leadership areas and global teams
