Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant global experience in talent management, talent consulting, business partnering, pipeline development, or a related talent field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the pharma industry, trends, and challenges
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective talent strategies
- Proven success in developing and implementing impactful talent strategies
- Excellent skills in collaboration, partnership, communication, and fostering strong relationships across various functions
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
