Job Description
As our HR Executive in India, you'll play a key role in managing and scaling our people operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll handle everything from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, compliance, and employee experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience building or improving HR processes in a growing team
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (Keka experience is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
- Strong communication skills ā clear, concise, and solutions-oriented
- Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently
