HR Executive

Beghou brings over three decades of experience helping life sciences companies optimize their commercialization through strategic insight, advanced analytics, and technology. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Admin executive (Generalist) to join our team.

Requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee onboarding
• Ensure new employees are on boarded smoothly with all necessary documentation and induction
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, job performance, and training records
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and time-off requests
• Assist in resolving employee queries, maintaining a positive work culture, and providing guidance on HR-related matters
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for senior management
• Manage filing systems for HR and administrative documents
• Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee welfare programs
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
