Field Service Engineer

Requirements

• BS Engineering with 2+ years of robotics/automation/systems engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, software, and networking
• Strong network background with an understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and infrastructure to ensure reliable system connectivity.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions
• Clear and effective communication, with technical and non-technical colleagues, and experience providing professional customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction
