Job Description
10Beauty is a robotics startup seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and support machine functionality at customer locations across the US. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of robotic systems, engineering, and communication skills, and be able to travel up to 50% in the continental US.
Requirements
- BS Engineering with 2+ years of robotics/automation/systems engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, software, and networking
- Strong network background with an understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and infrastructure to ensure reliable system connectivity
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions
- Clear and effective communication, with technical and non-technical colleagues, and experience providing professional customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction
