The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hyper-scale agency recruiting expertise, a proven record in rapidly expanding technical teams, and strong operational leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing hyper-scale technical hiring
- Proven success in a hyper-scale environment, growing a tech team from 400 to 500+ hires in under 12 months
- Metric-driven approach with strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive hiring decisions
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS, and advanced proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across global teams
