Job Description

The Business Operations Specialist will work directly with the COO and CEO on strategic initiatives and get a close look at how the company operates.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm, investment bank, or high-growth startup in a finance/strategy role
- AI-native with experience using tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar
- Excellent in Excel and comfortable building models from scratch
- Sharp, fast, and biased toward action
- Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching across finance, ops, and GTM
- Experience with Salesforce, or modern RevOps stack
- SaaS metrics fluency (ARR, NDR, magic number, payback)
- Prior exposure to a Series B+ startup environment
