Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist will be the primary point of contact for customers and service technicians, providing technical assistance with Marra Forni equipment. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving issues related to ovens and related restaurant equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt problem resolution. They'll also contribute to documentation, training, and warranty claims.
