Job Description
Join our world-class team at Barrow Brain and Spine as a Care Coordinator Float, providing clerical and customer service functions to support our physician's offices.
Requirements
- Registers new patients in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Ensures initial consultations and patient records are available to the physician
- Facilitates patient clinic by greeting and rooming patients
- Takes vitals and records assessment in the patient chart for physician review
- Schedules follow-up appointments as needed
- Communicates with physician’s staff to ensure continuity of care
