Job Description
The Sourcing Manager - Hospitality will develop profit, sourcing, and negotiation strategy, utilize technology tools for sourcing and tracking, and work closely with client and account teams to ensure understanding of deliverable timelines and roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of MICE Industry
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sourcing, negotiating, contracting and event designing
- Strong Computer Skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Cvent Sourcing
- Experience in hotel buying, travel suppliers, event support vendors
- Knowledge of hotels and destinations globally
- Experience in contract negotiations, specific to hospitality industry nuances and legal aspects
- Initiative-taker, motivated, great communicator and resourceful
- CMP or similar industry certifications a plus
